![]() ![]() On Firefox, you can check this by navigating to "Add-Ons", clicking the gear menu to the right of "Manage Your Extensions", clicking "Debug Add-ons", then clicking the "Inspect" button next to MetaMask. You could also check the console of the background process for errors though - there might be something more useful there. Nothing there looks related to this failure though unfortunately. Thanks for the console screenshot - that's what I was going to ask for next. ![]() ![]() does the browser identify it as being unresponsive and prompt you to close it? Or do you just mean that the button fails to work and you get stuck there waiting? When you say "freezes" do you mean that the tab becomes entirely unresponsive? e.g. Thanks for the report! We have been hearing many reports of issues like this, but we haven't been successful yet in reproducing the problem. ![]()
